The public entry URL returned HTTP 403 and rendered a location-restriction page stating that BingoPlus is only allowed for use within the Philippines. The audit host is outside the permitted location, so the actual site, routes, controls, content, and primary journeys were unavailable. Route discovery also failed: /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml each returned HTTP 403. Per the audit method, inspection stopped rather than treating the restriction page as the site.
