Multi-model: the 3D sticker

RMBG-1.4 cuts the subject out; Depth Anything gives that cutout thickness. Put them together and the sticker floats β€” move your pointer and its near parts swing further than its far parts, so a flat cutout reads as a little 3D object. Two models, composed live in the browser.

This page composes two on-device models (~270 MB combined, cached after first load). Each initialises on its own below β€” a cached copy auto-starts, no button. WebGPU accelerates them where available; otherwise both fall back to WebAssembly and the page says so.

The cutout's alpha comes from RMBG; the per-pixel shift comes from the depth map. Each frame every sticker pixel (colour and transparency) samples itself displaced by (depth βˆ’ Β½) Γ— tilt. On prefers-reduced-motion it holds a fixed tilt.
